The Process

STEP 1: IDENTIFYING THE ROOT CAUSE
We will do this through lab testing and interpretation, a thorough review of your symptoms, as well as past health history. The reason we do this is that it is very important to us that we are actually helping you with your specific symptoms. Every single body is different and every symptom presents as very unique so this is NOT a one size fits all program. It is highly customized to be exactly what your body needs.

STEP 2: THE PROTOCOL
After I’ve reviewed your labs and health history, I will create a customized protocol for you based on your symptoms, your lifestyle and the pace you feel comfortable moving. This is when you will start to receive recommendations for short term targeted supplements that we suggest for you, as well as lifestyle interventions, for example we will help you to support your overall stress resiliency and your sleep because a body that is rested is a body that heals.

STEP 3: ONGOING SUPPORT
At this point, you are a few weeks into working with us. We are usually making changes, pivots and adjustments to your plan based on how your body is responding so that we can make sure that you get the best results when you're working with us. We never want our clients to guess or Google. So we are literally just a message to way to be able to support you.​​​​​​
